Service scope
Vediika helps users discover poojas, request muhurtham guidance, book pandits, and coordinate home or online ritual services. Ritual outcomes, astrological interpretations, and religious suitability may vary by tradition and should be confirmed with the selected pandit or astrologer for major ceremonies.
User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate contact, location, timing, participant, and birth-detail information where requested. Users are responsible for respectful conduct, safe access to the venue, and timely communication with support or the assigned pandit.
Bookings and changes
Booking requests are subject to pandit availability, service coverage, and payment confirmation. Vediika may help reschedule or cancel bookings based on policy, pandit availability, and operational constraints.
Payments and refunds
Payments are collected for real-world ritual services, materials, logistics, consultation, or related coordination. Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing, service status, payment-provider rules, and any costs already incurred.
Pandit verification and complaints
Vediika may verify pandit identity, experience, documents, pricing, and conduct. Users can report service issues through support. We may investigate, mediate, restrict accounts, or remove listings where needed.
Limitations
Vediika is not liable for indirect losses, religious disagreements, delays caused by external events, user-provided inaccurate information, or third-party payment and network failures beyond our reasonable control.
