This policy explains how Vediika handles your data for pooja booking, pandit coordination, muhurtham guidance, payments, and support. Vediika is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children.
Information we collect
We collect account details, contact details, booking details, addresses or online-service location context, muhurtham inputs you choose to provide, support messages, device and usage diagnostics, and payment status returned by payment partners. We do not store full card, UPI, or banking credentials on Vediika servers.
How we use information
We use this information to create and manage bookings, match users with pandits, calculate ritual timing guidance, send booking updates, process support requests, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or store requirements.
Service providers
Vediika may share necessary information with payment processors, email or messaging providers, hosting providers, analytics or crash-reporting tools, and assigned pandits only for operating the service.
User choices
You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time from vediika.com/account/delete, or by contacting support. You can also request data correction, support-history review, or marketing opt-out. Some booking, payment, and tax records may be retained in anonymized form where required by law or for dispute resolution.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, validation, rate limiting, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should keep passwords private and report suspicious activity.
